Just like so many others, life took me through a challenging season. I had two choices; one to let the heaviness consume me, preventing me from moving forward or two, to get the help I needed to put it behind me.

That's when I discovered the wonderful world of life coaching and learned how to rewrite the negative story I had playing on repeat in my mind. I learned to embrace how God allows certain experiences in our lives for our ultimate benefit and that struggles can be turned into gifts.

Although the inner work of transforming our thinking is never complete, the tools I have learned from life coaching help me to navigate through life with more peace, more joy and more self worth.

When presented with the opportunity to become certified in life coaching myself, I jumped at the chance! Being able to guide others through this life changing work became a true passion of mine.
